For the Artefactum Gallery in Dubai, a beacon of history and luxury in the Dubai International Financial Centre, I developed a comprehensive creative and strategic framework. This project involved crafting the gallery's identity, an e-commerce platform, customer service tech solutions, and all digital and marketing materials.

Envisioned a unique gallery space that showcases rare historical finds, from ancient fossil sculptures to archaeologically-recovered jewelry. Designed a distinctive brand identity that reflects the gallery's exclusive collection and prestigious location.
In developing the e-commerce platform for Artefactum Gallery from scratch, I employed an atomic design methodology, building a robust and scalable online store through iterative processes. Each iteration was rigorously tested for user behavior and effectiveness, enabling us to refine and optimize the user journey meticulously. This approach ensured that each component of the website contributed cohesively towards achieving the highest possible conversion rates. By continuously analyzing user interactions and feedback, we tailored the browsing and purchasing experience to meet the specific needs and preferences of our target audience, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction and sales performance.
